Sea Fountain
Description
Work inspired by the monumental fountains of the late European Renaissance, usually decorated with a multitude of sea monsters and subjects from classical mythology.
This centerpiece is made with silverfish with eyes of pink tourmaline, the basin of rock crystal from Brazil, and a base composed of a single block of lapis lazuli. The fish were made by lost wax casting and then hand chiseled and burin worked. The various elements in stone and silver are held together by the technique of pins. Unique piece
